Overview

Reaching inside sales selling goals, requires they be written, time and date specific. They must also give you and/or your team the ability to measure your selling results. The How to Measure Inside Sales Cold Calling Effectiveness & Efficiency exercise will provide metrics you and/or your inside sales team can use to measure and improve your sales efforts. You will need your phone bill(s) and/or a log of your phone calls to complete the inside sales metrics exercise.
