Leadership is a journey, not a destination. To lead a sales team well requires the ability to manage relationships and communicate clearly and transparently to drive successful business outcomes.  Like any journey, GPS can come in handy. In this case, GPS is not the Global Positioning System that drives maps on our phones or in our cars but instead represents a tool to help us when we get off track as leaders.

GPS understands where you are, identifies alternatives to get where you want to go, and recalculates if you decide to change course.  Those are tools that matter in leadership as well

• Being able to slow down and assess the inevitable obstacles and detours that all leaders encounter at some point.
