Infinity is a great partner!
We've been working with infinity for several months and currently have multiple campaigns running with them that range from Sales to Customer Service Surveys. The level of support, reporting, and communication we receive from the staff and upper management have exceeded our expectations and they continue to improve almost every month.
What separates Infinity from most call center partners is the level of on-going training they provide their staff, combined with the technology they use for reporting and tracking, which allows them to constantly make improvements and ultimately cut cost associated with call center campaigns.
I would highly recommend Infinity to anyone needing call center solutions!

High Performing Strategic Partner
Infinity won our business eleven years ago after our first pilot program was an overwhelming success – with only six agents! Yes, that’s right – they had only six agents going head-to-head with the twenty agents from the provider we used at the time, and Infinity blew the results right out of the water! In the years since, Infinity has been instrumental in helping us grow our programs significantly, with up to 36 agents at times – all of them high performers. Infinity meets every challenge with innovative ideas and new tools. The leadership team is completely accessible and fully understands our business and supports us at every turn, even through our program fluctuations. Infinity is now one of our most strategic, highest performing partners. The sales team is completely focused, hungry even, and they each know all of our products and policies inside and out. In addition to straight up sales, Infinity also helps us manage our database (they’ve identified several segments where we could improve), as well as our compliance initiatives. Their reporting tools are state of the art, too, and they also provide me custom reporting whenever I need it. Everyone at Infinity is highly motivated and it’s evident that they truly care and are committed to our success. I would give them 10 stars if allowed!!

A Terrific Partner for Growth
I've had the pleasure of working with Infinity for the past 2-1/2 years. During that time I worked with a number of individuals across the organization, from the executive team to the individual call agents. All associates have impressed with with their knowledge and passion for driving results. Infinity has managed a number of different sales campaigns for us and have achieved terrific results for our business. The team is extremely accessible and communicative. From daily emails with sales stats, weekly touch base calls and quarterly business reviews, we are always aware of Infinity's performance and can make tactical changes to our programs quickly and easily.
