Overview
Over the last year many organizations have seen a blurring between field and traditional inside sales functions. In a recent AA-ISP Community poll, 73% indicated their organizations are shifting to more inside and less field in the future. As we look into the future there are discussions around things like changing the word “inside” to “virtual” or “digital”, how compensation is affected, how the change impacts roles and modalities and more. This panel will discuss these issues and more!
