Sales leaders have had to quickly pivot this year to remote working, including their coaching and performance management styles. While some leaders may have mastered this quickly, we know there are so many other changes occurring simultaneously that have left others still working to fine-tune their coaching skills.

Coaching may hold more value this year than ever before!  Now is the time to invest not only in your team, but also yourself as a leader.
