The agenda is taking shape and will be released in phases. Our Emblaze in-house neuroscientist, behavioral researcher, and field trial analyst are putting the finishing touches on brand new studies (yes, as you’re reading this!). Chicago O’Hare International Airport (ORD) is located just 15 minutes from the Renaissance Schaumburg Convention Center Hotel. There is no shuttle available, however, rideshares (Lyft and Uber) are available on the Departures level of Terminal 2.

Business casual is a good rule of thumb. Attendees have worn nice jeans, slacks, snazzy suit-and-tie combos, sweaters, button downs, dresses, skirts, tunics with leggings—and looked great! Remember to bring a jacket or sweater as the meeting room temperatures will vary.

Emblaze will release an event app in late March 2024 which will be a vital resource during the event. App access details will sent to the email address you used to register for DigitalNow. Using the app, you’ll have the ability to curate your agenda to your interests, connect with fellow attendees, and more.

There will be vegetarian options at every group meal, and all meals will be labeled for dietary restrictions. Once you’ve purchased your pass to DigitalNow, please reach out to Emblaze with any specific dietary requests.

Extremely. The Renaissance Schaumburg has plenty of elevators and most event meeting rooms are all on the same floor.
